Each SALVA piece is unique. We work with natural wood, so the veins, tones, textures and variations They are part of the authentic character of each product and are not considered defects.

2. Orders and payments

Once the order and payment are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.

Prices are expressed in soles (PEN) and include taxes.

We accept payments through Mercado Pago and other methods available at checkout.

3. Delivery times

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days within Metropolitan Lima.

For showroom pickup (Miraflores), we will send you the exact address via WhatsApp once your order is ready.

4. Shipping and collection

  • Metropolitan Lima: deliveries via local courier.

  • Showroom pickup: prior coordination via WhatsApp.

  • Provinces: Check availability before purchasing.

5. Exchanges and returns

Changes are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects reported within the 3 business days after delivery.

Because they are handcrafted pieces, No refunds are given for natural variations in the color, texture or arrangement of the woods.
